An Introduction to us: Martin Ellis & Natalie Shaw – We are a partnership that has been trading since 2004, we have gradually built up our business with our clients to ensure we are confident in our ability to look after all of them to a high standard of reliability and quality of our works.
Martins previous experience lies in a farming background spending his time growing up outdoors, driving tractors & combines, followed by working as a Mechanical Engineer and a Project Manager for an outdoor events company for over 10 years before going into business with Natalie.
Martin manages the site works, he is on all sites at some point to personally ensure the staff welfare and works are completed in the time frame and standard expected, he also maintains our equipment and vehicles as required.
Natalie’s previous experience lies in Hospitality, looking after companies entertaining clients at events such as Royal Ascot & Silverstone Grand Prix, plenty of customer service experience and enjoys the organising & planning.
Natalie manages the works diary, the Health & Safety systems, general administration as required along with assisting on site strimming & mowing in order to ensure standards of works are being delivered.
We are consistently reinvesting in newer equipment, this photo is taken with a Browns of Leighton Buzzard representative the day we collected the new machine, it is a Kubota machine, Martin & I felt the standard orange did not represent our company as professionally as we would like, so we had the mower painted black as a special order, the photo shoot represented the special order.
We also deal with the company sales manager at Browns on a regular basis to ensure we gather advice and recommendations on the best performing machinery on the market, and continually update our equipment as the work dictates our requirements.
